KARAN HOSTS GAME SHOW FOR NEW MOVIE:

Khel Khel Mein is a film directed by Sachin Yardi in which Karan Johar was invited to play the role of hosting a game show called "Karan Banaye Crorpati". While the show was shot with Karan last month, the actor who was seated on the hot seat as the contestant was none other than Tusshar Kapoor.

As a young artist to the bollywood he was stunned by the experience of Karan for lighting, angles of camera and other factors which makes him more expertised than his field of film making. The director at first planned to instruct Karan and teach him the way but soon stopped it and made him do his own.

Tusshar made a keen observation on his acting and said that having been on television Karan has become a great actor and he has seriously thought that Karan should become a leading actor. But Karan replied to the statement that he has no time for acting and if at all it happens then people will forget him as film maker.

Later Karan got an award from Ekta at Global Indian TV honours and may be Karan will host the Ekta's cinema and television award next year.

KARAN AND NEW MOVIE:

What could you expect in a Karan Johar movie? Does it go about regarding terrorism?The answer is "Yes". The film maker has turned his attention in making the movie to reality. Though Johar did not reveal the script to the crowd openly, the friendly circles in bollywood say that the story would be essentially about "Islamic terrorism". The movie was named "Khan" where Sharukh Khan and Kajol will be starring and the movie has no songs. Johar has turned his view of making movies away from love based romances and family affairs.

Johar when interviewed by media said that terrorism can never be avoided these days and no one could essentially shut their eyes from it and he had taken it a challenge to make the movie. He added that Sharukh Khan would make the role play of a leading peace activist who will be kidnapped by the terrorists and after the impct with them would realise their "cause".

Bollywood speaks aloud that this was the dream role for Sharukh who has always wanted to act in such a role of a terrorist for a long time and has often said that he had acted almost in all the roles than a terrorist. Sharukh was extremely happy to perform the role. Sharukh has openly stated once that he would be extremely happy if someone offered him the role of a terrorist to be played.

There was a lot of dispute for the past month regarding the name for the movie. It was suggested to be "King Khan". Karan never wanted to miss his own style of K factor. There was arguments not to be titled "King Khan". The film had a delay and will hit on airs from the coming april. Sharukh once stated that he had personally experienced a tragedy that if one has the surname of a muslim he would be looked upon as a terrorist in the other foreign countries. Sharukh was recognised in London airport but when they heard the second half of the name all went a step backward and the movie was named earlier as "My name is Khan".
